We had a fantastic time and enjoyed staying at La Torra much and for all of us it exceeded our expectations.  The location and the views were beautiful.

Inside the villa we were very impressed with the size, with each room having a wonderful outlook on every floor and spectacular views of the sea. The location itself was perfect, very peaceful and all amenities we needed such as supermarkets, restaurants, in La Herradura only minutes away.

Our family group had a wonderful stay and would very much recommend it. We ourselves hope to go back for another holiday.

This was an amazing find. Booking was easy and communication was quick, helpful and friendly.

The villa is in a great area and the views are spectacular. Although it should be noted that the bars and restaurants are a little distance down a steep hill, which, especially when hot, is not the easiest walk. We used taxis and also had a hire car which I feel is necessary.

On the whole the property is outstanding with plenty of space and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It could do with a little tlc but nothing that impacted our stay.

The facilities are fantastic – you will never play pool with a better view! There’s table-tennis, bikes and the pool is out of this world.

I would love to return for the views alone!

The house surpassed our expectations. We were a family group of 10 and the house provided space and everything we needed for a diverse age group from 22 to 77. There was not chance that we could get in each other’s way but in the same way it offered lots of different places that we could gather and eat as a family. The view from the infinity pool was beautiful and one evening we managed to spot dolphins. Having never done a villa holiday we were slightly apprehensive but it wasn’t necessary as it provided everything and more. Luis was helpful and quick to respond – one evening we had extremely strong winds and the pergola canopy flew off but he fixed it back immediately the next morning. Thank you Frank and family for sharing your home, its beautiful.

La Torre was truly beyond our expectations. In an absolutely stunning location, this elegant and fully equipped villa is nestled in a quaint, hilltop neighborhood. Sitting in the fantastic infinity pool over looking the Mediterranean and lovely cliff sides was our favorite thing to do. We also enjoyed our meals, sipping coffee in the morning and a glass of Rioja in the evening on the 5 star veranda. The roof top look out made the perfect spot to star gaze. We took leisurely walks to the light house and the very close town down the hill; La Herradura, for dinner and a beach stroll. The town was bustling with locals and tourists alike but was not congested. It was nice to see people enjoying themselves after the pandemic lockdown. We chose La Torre to celebrate our 30th anniversary. It is a massive villa that was more than we needed but we chose it for the reasons stated above. We hope to return with our 6 children and their families again some day soon. Thank you Frank and Luis for your very professional, astute and friendly manner. Our memories of Spain are full and wonderful.

Frank was a sensational host, The Villa was beyond our expectations and The view was spectacular. 6 in our group, plenty of space for all of us although we did spend most of the time around the pool. Frank provided all the information we needed about our stay, the villa and driving instructions from the airport. The pool was heated but could have been a little warmer for us. The kitchen is fully functional for self catering.

Ett drömhus, lyxigt , magisk terass med en panoramautsikt utöver havet. Stort hus, passar tom för flera familjer. Stora sovrum och gemensamma rum. Många badrum. Villenästan stanna vid huset hela dagarna så fint var det. Fantastisk pool!

A beautifully designed villa in a fantastic location. Spacious with lots of seating areas that make the most of the beautiful views of the sea and coastline. An ideal base for a large family group, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Villa Torre is a wonderful house with a breathtaking view. The house has a lot of space with many bathrooms and necessary houskeeping. The sorroundings offers nice walks where you can either go to the a very nice harbour or two beaches. Although, the need for the beach is maybe not important since the Villa has the pool and the view. If your looking for more “pulse” then La Herradura is not the place to go. There are restaurangs and shops but not to compare with bigger towns. If your looking for a place to find calmness and refill your energy, then this is perfect. The contact with the owner Frank was very good and simple from the beginning to the end. I can strongly recommend Villa Torre for anyone who is in doubt.

Hyrde detta hus en vecka i juli med familj om 10 vuxna. Finns 5 sovrum med dubbelsängar o tillhörande badrum. Huset är gigantiskt o hela mellanvåningen är sällskapsytor o kök. Det finns ett flertal uteplatser med fina sittmöbler (till min stora glädje inte plast). Det bästa är det stora poolområdet med infinitypoolen. Hela huset har en gudomlig ostörd utsikt över havet. Bil rekommenderad då huset ligger en bit från byn o det är höjdskillnader. Ger detta hus mina bästa rekommendationer o kontakterna med ägarna fungerat väldigt bra.

We had the most wonderful holiday at La Torre! Frank was extremely efficient with all aspects of our booking. Questions were always answered promptly. The villa is amazing. Everything is to a very high standard and it is very well equipped. The views from every window spectacular. The pool and all the outside space is lovely too, and very well maintained. We had a great time, and would highly recommend this property. I’m certain we will return.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 60 years birthday in this fantastic house. Superb in any dimentions! On top of it all we saw dolphins almost evry day!

We just returned and couldn’t be more satisfied to have chosen this particularly house. Everything you need is included and the views from both the terraces and the pool-area is stunning. And even though it’s on a rock we didn’t experienced any hard wind. Both the owner and manager have been really serviceminded and they’ve informed us of what to see and eat around the area, but still we hardly left the sunbeds. I would definitely recommend this house

The house is wonderfully equipped, with everything needed for even a large group to enjoy staying there. Quiet location with fantastic views. Everything the photos promise. Owner was easy to deal with and well organised. Local manager provided great support also. Not cheap, but would work out well for a larger group or family.

The location of the property is unbeatable, surrounded by sea and with the sun right through the day into the evening. The social and living areas worked really well for us as a big family with young children and it felt very spacious and airy. It’s possible to walk into La Herradura which is a bonus.

Great villa with a really good “wow” factor. Twenty minutes walk in to the village which is a nice village with a few good shops and reasonable restaurants. The villa is fantastic and spacious but for a family, the pool is cold out of season. From June onwards I would think that it is OK, but out of season perhaps, if the heated pool is important then maybe this villa is not the best. This still is a great villa though and the owners are easy to deal with, with good communication.

What a lovely house! Everything has been thought of. The villa is perfectly equipped. The great location, nature sounds, the swimming pool and the space within and around the house make this villa to a peaceful and relaxing spot. The house is so spacious that even with 12 persons you feel comfortable. There are enough possibilies for trips in the area. Chapeau!

Just loved the villa and the village. The villa was perfect in every way . Our grandchildren loved the space in the house, the pool area and the seagulls flying close by! For a large family of (8) and 3 generations the villa works perfectly, Grandad could always find a quiet spot for his nap!! The views are breathtaking , we all spent many moments just looking out to sea. Will return.

Zum zweiten Mal verbrachten wir herrliche Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Die Aussicht ist immer wieder überwältigend. Sogar Delfine haben wir gesehen (braucht aber viel Geduld). Die Platzverhältnisse sind optimal und die Architektur des Hauses sehr schön. Einzig die Internetverbindund ist und bleibt schlecht. Auto notwendig.

Actually, I have to say I hesitated between saying what I really think (5 stars average seems pretty low even !) and leaving really negative comments so nobody would want to go there and I’ll be sure to have the place for myself next year… Well. Don’t hesitate. It’s perfect. Nothing else to say. Perfect.

the villa exceeded our expectations, it was the most wonderful place to spend a day by the pool or to return to after a day exploring, loved, loved, loved it!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more – even our baby visitor had been catered for with cot, high chair and a blender (not sure if that was for us but it was much appreciated all the same) La Torre is an exceptionally well equipped and comfortable villa with more than ample space to accommodate large mixed groups. Huge comfortable beds and good quality pillows just add to the overall feel that this is indeed somewhere special. We spent a full five weeks at La Torre doing little other than looking at the activity on the sea and not once did we get fed up of it. Top tip – take binoculars (beg, borrow or buy!) and you will get even more out of the stunning seascape. Pre and post holiday contact with the owner Frank was tremendous – we would definitely recommend the villa and location to others.

magnifique tout est magnifique, la maison le paysage le calme du très haut de gamme.Très grande qualité de prestations dans cette immense maison qui dispose d’un site exceptionnel où l’on a même vu passer des dauphins. Maison très bien pensée, tout y est, la cuisine dispose de tous les équipements imaginables, le billard la table de ping pong les vélos en font une maison parfait. Réel suivi avant et pendant la location. La vidéo envoyée par le propriétaire est exactement ce que vous trouverez sur place. La Torre was a magnificent place to share one week with all 10 friends from Australia. As we had been travelling throughout Europe, this week was so wonderful as we enjoyed the space and grandeur of the villa. Upon arrival, it was clear that the property far exceeded the video and photos that we had seen. Each of the 5 couples had their own room and so much space to enjoy. The villa kept offering us surprises. The many living areas hosted dinners, lunches and general relaxation time. The view beyond the infinity pool was exquisite as were the sunrises and sunsets. We were treated very well by the manager who explained every aspect of the villa’s operation. The location was ideal and offered plenty of opportunity to stay or visit nearby towns. The weather was brilliant and we spent many hours by the pool. This property is perfect in every way and I have already recommended it to our friends and colleagues back home.

Wir haben das Haus während drei Wochen im Hochsommer mit unserer Familie bewohnt und auch Gäste eingeladen. Restlos alle waren begeistert von der Lage, der Architektur, der Einrichtung und der Ausstattung, die beim Garagentor anfängt und bei der hauseigenen Soundanlage und dem openair-Biliardtisch aufhört. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr grosszügig konzipiert, so dass es auch bei vielen Personen nie eng wird. Die Inneneinrichtung ist clever gewählt: leicht, komfortabel und nicht pompös. Spektakulär ist die Lage. Auf der Terasse hat man das Gefühl auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff zu sein. Der Service ist vom Eigentümer über den property manager bis zum Gärtner ausgezeichnet. Das Meer ist sehr sauber, es hat schöne Strände und die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung. Wer unkomplizierte Ferien auf einem hohen Niveau liebt und dabei all die Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses nutzen kann, wird von La Torre ebenso begeistert sein, wie wir.

We found this villa quite by accident on this web site while reviewing the area. It is one of the few places that I have been to that exceed the expectations of the photos and the web presentation. We were a large group of adults and children renging from 2 yrs to 8 yrs and found the house so spacious confortablke that we never felt like we were in each others way. It is a stunning house with exceptional attention to detail and felt like we were privilaged to be staying in sombodies house not like a rental property at all. I also found the owner Frank a real Gentleman and a delight to deal with, always replying promptly and graciously to all our enquiries. We plan to visit again and loved our stay at “La Torre”

This is a luxury villa which exceeds all expectations. The website photographs do not do it justice, in every respect this property is first class. Magnificent views of the Mediterranean, modern facilities throughout, supremely comfortable beds and impeccably clean. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and manager who ensure that every aspect of your stay is catered for. The villa is beautiful, large, spacious and inviting. The pool and surrounds are private and sparkling with a number of outdoor and indoor entertainment areas. Everything here is of the highest standard and will not disappoint even the most discerning client. My friends and I had a fantastic vacation in the villa. The excellent location, stunning views!!!! In the morning you can admire the sunrise and in the evening – sunset! Hosts lovingly took care of everything you need. Many thanks to them, and housekeeper Luis. Really want to go back!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une belle maison. La région est magnifique, encore authentique.

Vi havde en forventning ud fra annoncen om, at der var air condition i hele boligen. Det var der kun i kælderplan. Det gav gener, da det med åbne vinduer på 1. sal ikke var til at sove for mågerne. Vi havde ikke lejet boligen, hvis vi havde vidst, at der ikke var air condition i alle rum. Til den ugentlige pris havde vi også en forventning om, at det var der. Desuden manglede der mulighed for at tørre tøj på et stativ og strygejernet kunne ikke varme.

This villa is simply stunning. It has been beautifully designed and built, and finished to the highest quality. The amazing photos on this site, and the video on the owner’s site really do it justice. That said I arrived in the evening and was still breath-taken when I saw the views in the morning. Azure blue skies, placid glittering seas and dramatic cliffs. We were a family group of 12 – 4 couples and 4 kids and we had loads of room. The living areas are large and plentiful, the bedrooms spacious and there are bathrooms everywhere. There are also lots of outdoor spaces and balcony areas so it’s easy to all be together in a big group or find a quiet spot. The kids kept themselves amused with the pool table, table tennis, swimming pool, videos and play station – it’s all well maintained and in good order. There are also two mountain bikes and space to park two cars in the car port. For grown-ups there is all of the above, plus some nice informal restaurants and bars in the town, good roads for exploratory runs or cycles and a several places to hire paddle boards, kayaks, catamarans or dinghy’s at reasonable prices. For anyone that needs to work whilst away a big plus is that the wifi is well set up with fast and reliable internet connection. I need to keep this balanced, but I’m scraping the barrel to find fault. The biggest downside was that there was bloom of jellyfish in the area so be prepared for a minor sting here and there if you’re swimming or bring a wetsuitrash vest. Err – that’s about it! I get the sense that the owner treats this villa like his own home rather than a rented property – it’s all been done “properly” rather than on a tight budget. Booking and payment were all simple and the owner provides clear instructions for the property. If you choose to stay here I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay as much as we did (provided you have good company of course!)

This is a first-class property. It exceeds every expectation. It provides an experience not to be missed. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. The owner and manager are a delight to deal with. A tick in every box!

Vi reste med barn och barnbarn och fann ett drömhus både kvalitetsmässigt och fantastiskt. Allt fanns från porslin till soffgrupper och solstolar. Poolen var elegant och våra 6 barnbarn “bodde” i poolen. Vädret var fantastiskt med sol och värme. Vi hittade en mindre strand 5 min från vårt hus som passade oss utmärkt. Således vi stormtrivdes! Vi hade frekvent kontakt via email med ägarna Frank och Hanneke Kusse som var mycket tillmötesgående. Skickade jag en fråga, fick jag svar nästan omgående.Den praktiska informationen vi fick innan ankomst var “impressive” och på det hela taget tyckte vi mycket om familjen Kusse. Vi upplevde också att de var rädda om sitt hus vilket gagnar hyresgästerna.
